You may order online using our secure shopping cart, by calling 888-447-3400, or by faxing a purchase order to 213-477-2230. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. We accept authorized purchase orders from institutions. If you place an order online using a PO for payment, we will hold your order pending receipt of a hard copy. SHIPPING

We ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping costs are calculated after you enter your shipping destination. You may choose from UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, or UPS 2 Day.

RETURNS

Products will be replaced within 60 days of purchase if defective or damaged. Please contact us before returning a product at store@parentsaction.org or 1-888-447-3400

CLOSED CAPTIONING

All our video titles are closed-captioned. Please let us know if for some reason you receive one that is not. We will gladly replace it.
